Congrats - how very exciting for you. Hope your fingerprinting doesn't take as long as mine. FBI is taking 60-90 days to approve fingerprints for real estate licensing - yikes.

In The Tom Life

I got a JOB!!!!! I am so excited. It was a blessing and an answer to prayers. Never received a call or responses back from any other places that I submitted my resume too so this just showed me that there was a reason why I got a call back on this job. This is a job that is an idea job for me. I didn't tell anyone about this job because one I have a weird superstition thing and two I didn't want to say anything until it was official. Well now it is official!!! I don't know when my start date is, we are waiting on my finger prints and background check that was taken on Mon and once they receive it we will discuss a start date. The company is called Agape Villages. They are a foster family care agency and I will be their administrative assistant. Its 2 mins away from my house. Which is really nice, but in the mean time I will be having to drive Bryan to work until we save up for another car. Which wont be too long. I just wanted to fill you all in with whats going on. So thank you all who have kept us in your prayers. I really appreciate all your prayers. We love you all and thank you again!!!

Vacations

Hi everyone, It's been a while since I have been here. Pete and I went to Hawaii on a cruise and had a great time. My brother Frank and his wife Diane went also. Hawaii is beautiful. On our way back we couldn't get a flight out of San Francisco because of the storm we had at home. All the airports were closed. We stayed with Frank and Kelly for a 5 days until we could get a flight home. Frank and Kelly welcomed us into their home, and we had a wonderful time. We had so much fun there. Freddy sang for us every night. He is awesome and a great guy. Streilynn and Bryan are very special too. We laughed all week long. Thank you Frank and Kelly.

After a week home we went to Las Vegas for a week. There we got to meet Fred, Deborah, Natalie and Oakley.

We spent a nice afternoon at Natalie's, she was a wonderful host, then went to dinner with Fred and Deborah. Then another day they came to lunch at our hotel. Oakley is just so adorable. We had a great time with them too. Natalie is a very warm beautiful girl. I only wish we could have met her husband. We were so happy to meet our cousins on both trips.

Then we came home and Frank and Diane came to visit us. We had a great time with them. They left and 3 days later we met them in Orlando Florida at their time share. We went to Universal's Halloween Horror Night. That was so much fun. Went to Disney Village too. I just love Orlando.

So we had a great time Vacationing these last few months. So happy we met my cousins.

Closure.......Maybe

So today I received a call from the specialist office that I had to go get more blood work done for my thyroid and cushings last week. Well the results are in and they are above ↑. So for some prior info on this that in January of this year I was pulled off all my medication even birth control because my body was definitely in whack. Well its been over 7 months with nothing in my body and all the test results came back in normal range. I am actually happy about his. No more thyroid problem which is a blessing because that medication was a pain. Always having to get blood work done and always getting my dosage changed. Well now that I am all in the clearance I think that my body will start to function. I was taking heavy medication for over 8 years and the specialist said that really takes a toll on your body especially when they are constantly changing the dosage and adding to medication. We are going to try for the next two months to continue to eat healthy, and workout more. I can actually feel a difference in my body that I have never felt. I have more energy I am not as tired as much and I don't feel tight and bloated. I mean my body shows differently but I have to start somewhere. I am looking at this in a positive light that I corrected my thyroid problem and that the horrible cushings disease is scratched as well. I will keep you guys all updated and thanks for the prayers. Hopefully Closure

So today I went and saw a specialist and my thyroid. Let me first say that having this unknown medical problem has not been fun at all. It is one of the hardest trials that I have to deal with. Still no answers. I have to take some pill at 11pm and do a fast til 8am and get more blood work. Dr. Chao my endocrinologist said to pray it isn't Cushings since it is a really awful medical problem. I may just be one of the rare ones to have a thyroid problem and the pills make it normal but my body wants to do its own thing and I may just have to learn to deal with it. I am already started to accept that. So hopefully next week we will have more answers. I will let you all know. Please keep me in your prayers thanks.

Oh Happy Day

Spent all day finding new adventures with Bryan! Hung out & had dinner at my parents before they move! Life is Good & spending time with the ones I ♥ & surrounding myself in a constant positive atmosphere makes it a fabulous day!

A Change of Pace

I wasn't going to post this but since I know we have this blog to fill everyone in here I go.
So as most of you know I lost my job weds. It was a complete shock but I feel a blessing in disguise. I have had very many trials in my life and I know I will get through this. I am learning to be more positive, grateful, and happier now. I remind myself of the things I can control and how to make those things better. I am so extremely grateful for my amazing husband and the love and support that he gives me. He is my rock and he keeps me grounded. Just please keep us all in your prayers that whatever is in store for us all will work out. I hope everyone has a fabulous friday and enjoys their weekend.

Hawaii

Hi all,

We are going on a cruise to Hawaii next month. We are so excited, wish you all can join us. Wouldn't that be a great family reunion!!!!

Pete and I went to Cove Haven Resorts in the Poconos last weekend with good friends. We saw Howie Mandel and he was fantastic. He put on such a good show. We all had a great time. It was nice getting away for the weekend.

Hi Everyone, Sunday July 17, Pete and I had a Luau at our house. We had 5o people. It was so much fun. I made so much food and had some catered also. The kids had a great time too. They hula hooped and did the limbo. I only have pictures before everyone came. My daughter Kim was trying to take pictures when everyone was there, but her camera failed :( I hope someday you all will be able to come. This is our 3rd one of many to come. Love to you all,

Oakley loves to dance!!

I swear Oakley has been dancing since she has been able to move. She loves music and everything she hears it she will start dancing. This morning I was working out and I had my I-Pod playing because it keeps her entertained. I looked over to see what she was doing and I saw this.. she did this the whole time I worked out!! I love that she loves to dance and that she loves music! (Sorry the video is sideways and you cant hear the music. I dont know how to fix it, but she is dancing to Everybody Dance Now!)

Relay for Life

Hello Lemmo Family: Relay was a huge success and as you can see from the posts on my FB everyone loves the Lemmo Team. Angel, Dottie and I are going to be working on some fundraising ideas and we will be sending out help requests to you all. One of the things Dottie came up with was a "Lem Fest" I suggest "Lem Feast" but maybe we can get the community center (Mike will probably let me have it at very little cost if not for free) and have a spaghetti feed and have some entertainment - gee I wonder who would be willing to sing for us. Anyway after we meet Angel will be getting more info out to you so Team Lemmo can all participate in the fund raising - That includes the Lookout group too!

New Adventure

Well I am not sure if everyone heard but,we have our house up for Sale and it has an offer on it. So we were just told last night the house we have been waiting to here about is ours!!!! We are excited and nervous. Moving is never fun though. The house we are moving too is much smaller. It will take a lot of organizing and sorting through of what stays and what goes.We have alot of stuff!!!! I look forward to this new adventure and the memories that awaits us. The house is small but big in character. It is out in the country but not to far. I am on my way over to do some measuring and take pictures. Thank you to all who said a little prayer for us. A Change of Pace

Bryan started his new position at a new branch yesterday. He loves it!!! He is a manager over the tellers and there's a lot more paper work and more work then just being a teller. He really enjoys it though. He said his brain is on overload but give him 2 weeks and he will have it all down. I am so proud of him and what the future holds for us.

No Car PMT

So today Bryan and I just made our last car payment. I have never been so HAPPY to pay a bill EVER!!!! Bryans 24th b-day is tomorrow so we will head off to the coast for some R&R and then on Sunday have a fabulous dinner at my parents! I hope all is well with everyone.

I don't know how the evenings have been for you guys but in Manteca the weather at night has been extremely nice. Bryan & I found a bike trail in Manteca & we took out our new bikes we got for Christmas and hooked my I-pod Boom Box in my basket & we took off. We had a Blast!
